These terms apply to purchases from and use of our website. They do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Ordering and acceptance

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Check products, sizes, delivery details and contact information before paying.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our initial acknowledgement confirms receipt. We accept your order, forming a contract, when we email you to confirm dispatch. Any different arrangements for pre-orders will be explained before payment.

If we cannot accept an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error or a payment problem, we will explain and promptly refund any payment taken.

Contact us promptly to request changes. Changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has started. Your cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment is normally taken when you order.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered before acceptance, we will offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Later price changes do not affect accepted orders.

Discounts and promotions are subject to their published conditions, including any restrictions on combining offers.

Where available, instalment payments are supplied by the provider identified at checkout under its eligibility requirements, terms and privacy notice. Any credit agreement is between you and that provider.

Product information

Product pages explain composition, dimensions, care and included pieces. Images are illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens and lighting conditions. This does not affect your right to goods that match their description.

Check our Size Guide before ordering, including mattress depth for fitted sheets. Inserts are included only where expressly stated. Any expected shrinkage allowance is explained where relevant.

These terms cover consumer purchases for domestic use. Contact us separately about hospitality or commercial orders.

Delivery and gifts

Our Delivery Policy explains charges, restrictions and estimates. We remain responsible until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the order. Contact us if delivery is delayed or missing; your statutory remedies remain available.

Where gift services are offered, provide accurate recipient details. We may decline unlawful, threatening or abusive messages. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Cancellations and returns

For most online purchases, you may cancel from ordering until 14 days after the day of delivery, then have a further 14 days to send goods back. Applicable exceptions, return costs and refund arrangements appear in our Returns and Quality Guarantee page, which includes an optional cancellation form.

We also offer a voluntary 60-day policy for eligible unused products and a 12-month manufacturing-defect guarantee. Their conditions do not replace statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

Pre orders and stock alerts

Pre-order pages state expected dispatch dates and payment arrangements. You can cancel a standard non-personalised pre-order before dispatch for a full refund. Statutory rights after dispatch remain unaffected.

Stock alerts are reminders and do not reserve products or guarantee prices or availability.

Accounts and reviews

Keep account information accurate and login details private. Tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You can request closure by email; records may still need to be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove unlawful content, abuse, personal information, spam and unrelated material, but do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. Review incentives, if offered, are disclosed.

Submitting a review for publication permits us to display it, your chosen display name and accompanying images on our website and review service. You keep ownership. We seek separate permission for customer photographs used in advertising or wider marketing.

Website use

Do not use our website unlawfully, introduce harmful software or attempt unauthorised access. Website text, branding and images belong to us or our licensors; commercial reproduction requires permission unless allowed by law.

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not limit liability where unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breaches of statutory consumer rights.

For consumer purchases, we are not responsible for business losses arising from commercial use. If an event beyond our reasonable control causes delay, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect. This does not remove our delivery responsibilities or your legal cancellation and refund rights.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information use. Cookie information explains website tracking and your choices.

Email complaints to foldandfeel.co.uk@gmail.com with order details. We will investigate promptly. If unresolved, we will explain our position and any applicable alternative dispute resolution arrangements. Independent guidance is available from Citizens Advice.

Applicable terms and law

The terms displayed when you order apply to that purchase. Updates do not retrospectively change it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Nothing prevents the exercise of statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Proceedings may be brought in its courts. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts and benefit from applicable mandatory protections.
