Information we collect
We collect contact and address details; order, delivery, return and payment-status information; account identifiers and preferences; customer-service messages and supporting images; gift-recipient details and messages; marketing preferences; and reviews you submit.
We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device and website activity, subject to applicable tracking choices. Information comes from you, website use and providers involved in payment, delivery and running our services. Payment providers handle card details; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
You can choose not to provide information, but missing details needed for payment, delivery or answering an enquiry may prevent us providing that service.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use information to fulfil purchases, deliveries, requested accounts and order updates on the basis of our contract with you. Returns and guarantee claims are handled under contract and applicable legal obligations.
Tax and accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations. Our legitimate interests in customer service, protecting customers and our business, and improving our products support handling enquiries, security and fraud prevention, and requesting genuine feedback, subject to applicable marketing rules. We consider the necessity of processing and its effect on your rights.
Requested stock alerts use consent. Marketing uses consent or legitimate interests where the legal requirements for customer marketing are satisfied. Optional analytics and advertising tracking operate on consent under our website settings.
Marketing choices
We send marketing where you consent, or where the law allows us to contact you about our own similar products after a purchase or purchase enquiry. For that customer exception, we offer an opt-out when collecting details and in each message.
Unsubscribe using an email link or contact us. Essential order and account messages continue. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Essential technologies support checkout, security and remembering cookie preferences. Optional analytics and advertising technologies run only after agreement to the relevant category under our consent settings.
Accept, reject or manage optional cookies through the banner. Change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Our cookie information identifies technologies, purposes, providers and durations.
Sharing information
We share relevant information with Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, couriers and fulfilment services, customer-service and email tools, return and review services, and analytics or advertising providers according to your choices. Professional advisers, insurers and authorities may receive information when necessary or legally required.
Some providers act on our instructions; others act as independent controllers for particular purposes. Shopify and payment providers explain their own processing in their privacy notices.

If you choose an instalment provider such as Klarna, its notice is available through the payment process. It may perform identity, fraud or credit assessments.
Relevant information may be shared with advisers and a prospective or new owner if the business is sold or reorganised, subject to appropriate protections.
Gift recipients
We receive recipient details from the purchaser and use them to deliver gifts and manage related enquiries. Our legitimate interest is fulfilling gift orders. Recipients are not added to marketing lists without an appropriate legal basis. Purchasers should share only information needed for delivery.
International transfers
Some providers process information outside the UK. Restricted transfers use an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards and additional measures where necessary. Ask us for details of safeguards relevant to your information.
